For Order by fax, please notate any order, description you wish to purchase and fax together with your payment information.

We are available Monday through Saturday 9am to 6pm (GMT+7)
We will respond your order as soon as poossible durung word days
If you leave an email after our normal business hours, we will reply to your email the next business day

Shipping

Currently we are only shipping our products domistically (Indonesia only).
It takes about 2-5 working days for shipment to cities in Indonesia

Shipping rules and restrictions

• Shipping rate will be charged based on the total weight of your order.
• The shipment cost will be added to the total amount.
• Queen Music will not be held responsible if the expedition cant deliver the goods in time, due to incomplete or misspelled address or there is no recipient at the address.

Payment

Orders are processed once bank transfer payment is received.
Confirm payment before 12.00 noon will be shipped on the same business days.
Confirm payment after 12.00 noon will be shipped on the next business days.

Please allow 24 hours after your payment confirmation for us to process your order (check your payment, packing, etc).
Your order will not be shipped if we cant confirm your payment or your payment was notin a full amount.

Queen Music reserves the rights to change, modify, alter or discontinue these terms and conditions from time to time and at any time without notice.
Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
